Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), you have the statutory right to request erasure of your personal data and termination of your ReDrivo account.
Please enter the 10-digit mobile number associated with your ReDrivo account. Our compliance team verifies all web-based requests before execution to protect users from unauthorized account deletion.
If you have the ReDrivo customer app or chauffeur app installed on your phone, you can delete your account directly without waiting for manual verification:
In accordance with Sections 6 and 7 of our Privacy Policy and the DPDP Act 2023, data deletion is processed as follows:
Upon confirmation of deletion, your account status is immediately changed to inactive, and all active authentication tokens and login sessions across all devices are permanently revoked.
KYC documents and government ID numbers (for drivers, marshals, garage owners, and garage workers) are automatically and permanently deleted 90 days after your account is deleted. This deletion is performed by an automated weekly compliance process.
Financial and tax records (invoices, transaction ledgers, payout records) are retained for the period required under applicable Indian tax law (currently up to 8 years), even after account deletion, as this is a legal obligation that overrides the general erasure principle.
Trip and telematics data is retained in line with applicable motor vehicle aggregator record-keeping guidance.
Account deletion cannot proceed while a partner has an outstanding commission balance or active/upcoming trip assignments. Any outstanding dues must be settled prior to account termination.
